Hello,
I am a army car enthusiast from Czech republic. I am currently restoring Jeep M38A1/CJ5 and i want to paint it and mark it like a model from Six days war used by IDF.
Could you please give me information about the exact color and marking of the models used in the war by the engineer unit, or optionally any other unit which used this model ? It would help me tremendously with my project.
Also looking for some specific parts i mark them on attached photo if you have some contact to somebody who can help me i will be really happy.

על רוב השאלות ראיתי שהוא ענה בעצמו.
על הסימון בתמונה בצד ימין - מנשא לנר עשן. אפשר לראות את נר העשן נעוץ בתושבת שלו.
המקלע הוא כמובן 0.3 / מקל"פ... ('מקלע פלוגתי') קוטר 7.62X 51 מ"מ 'נאט"ו' סרט בד או שרשיר מתכת על כנה עם מנשא בצד לארגז פעולה.
האלונקה מונחת על שתי ברכיים בצורת 'L' עם רצועות הידוק לפתיחה מהירה.
עוד אציין כי ניתן לראות בבירור שקסדתו של המפקד הסמל בתמונה הימנית אינה רכוסה (!) ועל שני הליצנים בג'יפ השמאלי אני בכלל לא רוצה לדבר.

המסומן בעיגול זה מנשא לנר עשן.
השימוש היה למיסוך חי"ר או טנקים בצליחת שטח פתוח / מעבר הכרחי.

On the passenger side cowl, marked in red is a smoke canister, "smoke candle" in hebrew, it is larger than a standard hand thrown smoke grenade.
Also on the passenger side, a folded stretcher.

I don't know what the corresponding RAL code is. the color as you can see in pictures is kind of grayish, it's not classis sand yellow.

The unofficlal name is 'kaka color'.

Thank you very much everyone, you are great. All this will help me a lot. I will try to inquire about the color at tambour.co.il. I just don't understand the translation. Is the paint from tambour one-component (I paint the base and then this) or two-component (I paint the base and I have to mix this with the activator)? What you refer to as the "axes" marking seems to me to be the unit marking.
Generally in the brigade level, each unit has a sign that represents it and is painted on the armoured vehicles.
To me it looks like two crossed flags but I'm not familiar with that unit.
P.s.
Note that bellow the spair tire you have two lines with letters and numbers.
Those represents the velocity restrictions for in the city and at the highways. This appears on army vehicles even now days.
