בגי"ה - הוספת עברית לטלפון CAT B25?

בוקר טוב,
אחרי טיול בגאורגיה (נופים קסומים שווה ביקור) חזרתי עם טלפון חדש CAT B25

בעיה אחת,
אין עברית בטלפון.
בעייתי בעת קבלת SMS.

מישהו מבין בתוכנה של הטלפונים האלו ע"מ להוסיף עברית?
יש פורום ברמת הג'יפולוג לסלולרי?

Dear Daniel,

Thank you for contacting CATPhones Support.

Due to the limited memory of our devices, they only have a certain number of languages installed, depending on the market for which they were built for.

In order to add a language to the device you would need to send your phone to an authorised repair centre and they would then 'reflash' the phone and add this language.

However we regret to inform you that the handset has personally been imported into a country where we do not currently have support and we can not send the device to a service partner from an unsupported country.

The only other possible option would be to return he device to the retailer however I appreciate this may also not be an option.

We apologise that we are unable to assist with this matter however if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us again.
