לפני כמה ימים המזגן שבק חיים ואודה על עזרה באבחון התקלה.
כאשר לוחצים על מתג הפעלת המזגן נראה כאילו הכל תקין חוץ מהקטע החשוב של הזרמת אויר אל תוך הרכב. כאשר פתחתי מכסה מנוע רואים שרצועת המזגן נכנסת לפעולה כאשר מפעילים את המזגן המזגן מתוך הרכב אך המדחס עצמו לא נכנס לפעולה ואל תוך הרכב לא נכנס אויר מתפחי האיוורור. חשוב לציין שבעת נסיעה בכביש מהיר, אם מבטלים את פעולת הסירקולציה כן נכנס אויר קר לרכב, אבל די דרדלה...
לא התחלתי לשחק בפיוזים כי, כמו שכתבתי, רצועת המזגן כן נכנסת לפעולה כאשר מדיקים את המזגן (אני צודק?), האם יש תקווה שמדובר בתקלת חשמל זולה יחסית? האם הלך המדחס? (4500 שקל + מע"מ במכשירי תנועה...).

לא מכיר את הרכב הזה ספציפית אבל - כשאתה מפעיל איוורור ללא מזגן יש זרימה? אם לא - תתחיל מהמפוח הפנימי, לרוב יושב מתחת לדש בורד ומעל רגלי הנוסע.
גע בצנרת המזגן החשופה באם יש כזו, אם היא קפואה לאחר כמה דקות של עבודה תבין שככל הנראה המדחס תקין

לא מכיר את האוטו אבל משהו במונחים שלך לא ברור לי.
מה הכוונה ברצועה שנכנסת לפעולה?
הרצועה אמורה להסתובב כל הזמן כשהמנוע עובד.
הפעלת המזגן למעשה מפעילה מצמד ( אלקטרו מגנטי) שמחבר בין הגלגל רצועה החיצוני על המדחס לבין החלק הפנימי של אותו הגלגל שמחובר לציר המדחס.
ככה שולטים על הפעלה וכיבוי המדחס.
לאור זאת, או שאני לא מבין את ההסבר שלך או שאתה לא מבין איך העסק עובד אבל התאור שלך מצביע שהמדחס לא עובד.
אם המדחס לבדו לא היה פועל היו כמה כיוונים לבדוק אבל אם מצרפים את העובדה שהמפוח אוורור לא עובד יחד עם המדחס אני הייתי מהמר על פיוז או ריליי ראשי ששיך למיזוג אוויר.

לא מכיר את האוטו הספציפי.
אצלי בג׳יפ זה ממש חלק נפרד ולא זול
ומבדיקה ברשת ברפרוף, נראה שגם אצלו זה נפרד.
אבל רצוי להתחיל מבדיקות בסיסיות כמו פיוזים ולאבחן מה בדיוק עובד ומה לא.

שאלות שלכאורה לא קשורות אבל כדאי שתוסיף האינפורמציה עקב מקרה מהעבר ב G.V שהתחיל עם סימפטומים מהמזגן:
האם הרכב מתחמם?
האם חסר נוזל קירור במיכל ההתפשטות?

תחפש פיוז שנקרא Blower ו AC
בחלק מן הרכבים הנ"ל נמצא מתחת לדשבורד וחלק בתיבת הפיוזים ליד המנוע

פות"ש כתב שגם בלי הפעלת מזגן המפוח לא עובד, אז קודם כל זה לא קשור למזגן.
לגבי הנגד, בד"כ כשיש בו תקלה עדיין המהירות הגבוהה ביותר עובדת.
חפש את חיבור המתח למנוע והזן אליו 12 וולט ישיר. אם עובד - חפש את כבל/מפסק התקול, אם לא עובד - החלף או תקן את המנוע עצמו ...

יש לי שרשור על המזגן.
לפני חודשיים בערך זה היה.
בדקו לי את המזגן עלה שזה או הנגד מהירויות או המפוח הבאתי נגד יד שנייה לבדיקה ולא עבד שיפצתי את המפוח הקיים החלפנו לו פחמים ונכון לעכשיו המזגן עובד חזק מאטד
בנוסף שהמזון של הויטרה עובד נורא חזק בלי כל קשר.

לא מכיר את האוטו אבל משהו במונחים שלך לא ברור לי.
מה הכוונה ברצועה שנכנסת לפעולה?
הרצועה אמורה להסתובב כל הזמן כשהמנוע עובד.
הפעלת המזגן למעשה מפעילה מצמד ( אלקטרו מגנטי) שמחבר בין הגלגל רצועה החיצוני על המדחס לבין החלק הפנימי של אותו הגלגל שמחובר לציר המדחס.
ככה שולטים על הפעלה וכיבוי המדחס.
לאור זאת, או שאני לא מבין את ההסבר שלך או שאתה לא מבין איך העסק עובד אבל התאור שלך מצביע שהמדחס לא עובד.
אם המדחס לבדו לא היה פועל היו כמה כיוונים לבדוק אבל אם מצרפים את העובדה שהמפוח אוורור לא עובד יחד עם המדחס אני הייתי מהמר על פיוז או ריליי ראשי ששיך למיזוג אוויר.

לגבי הנגד, בד"כ כשיש בו תקלה עדיין המהירות הגבוהה ביותר עובדת.
חפש את חיבור המתח למנוע והזן אליו 12 וולט ישיר. אם עובד - חפש את כבל/מפסק התקול, אם לא עובד - החלף או תקן את המנוע עצמו ...
זה קצת מעבר לידע והיכולות הטכניות שלי.

כפי שרשמו מעליי
תחפש פיוז שנקרא Blower ו AC
בחלק מן הרכבים הנ"ל נמצא מתחת לדשבורד וחלק בתיבת הפיוזים ליד המנוע
בדקתי את שתי תיבות הפיוזים (גם בספר הרכב) - יש רק פיוז אחד הקשור למזגן, והוא שייך דווקא למדחס - נראה תקין

יש לי שרשור על המזגן.
לפני חודשיים בערך זה היה.
בדקו לי את המזגן עלה שזה או הנגד מהירויות או המפוח הבאתי נגד יד שנייה לבדיקה ולא עבד שיפצתי את המפוח הקיים החלפנו לו פחמים ונכון לעכשיו המזגן עובד חזק מאטד
בנוסף שהמזון של הויטרה עובד נורא חזק בלי כל קשר.

אם לא, ההמלצה האישית שלי היא עמוס מזגנים בבני-ברק (03-579-8265). הוא לא הכי זול בתחום, אבל גם לא חמדן. והוא מקצועי וישר ולא יגבה ממך כספים על עבודות שאינן נחוצות. אה, והוא גם ג'יפאי,כלומר משלנו, ואאל"ט הבת שלו נוהגת בויטארה :)

לאחרונה גם אני רואה את זה בטאפאטוק, לרוב אצל משתמשים ספציפיים

עשיתי את זה אצל חשמלאי שגר לידנו אני פשוט גר בצפון לא יודע אם רלוונטי עבורך.
לטעמי כל חשמלאי הגון שאתה סומך עליו יכול לעשות לך את זה.
המפוח עובד הרבה יותר טוב והרבה יותר חזק.
הייתי במוסך מורשה ואמרו לי לרכוש חדש ב550 שח
הלכתי לחשמל אי שלי שאמר שניתן לשפץ שיפוץ בעלות של קצת פחות מחצי והמזגן וגם אני מאושרים.
שהייתי מפעיל את המזגן כל המערכת הייתה עובדת כולל הכל פשוט לא זרק לי אוויר בתוך הרכב.
