Junior FAE and Technical Support
Responsibilities
• Providing direct Customer Support various system aspects.,
• Leading customer trials, demos in the field: Equipment Installation, Preparations, Defining Test Methods.
• Participate in training and in-depth technical support
• Supporting customers through technical presentations, documentation and conference calls
Capabilities
• 2 years experience as an FAE in service and customer oriented environment worldwide for wireless / mobile company.
• Experience in field installation and equipment hands-on
• Basic knowledge in local networking
• Good communication and customer interface skills
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad (50%)
• Fluent English (writing and speaking)
