Customer Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
We're looking for a highly motivated, customer-first individual who's a quick learner with the ability to work in a "start-up" like environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in customer support / pre-sale / post-sale
Vast experience in supporting customers in one or more of the following areas - networking / video / storage / security
Experience is support of network devices
Experience in pre-sale, customer trials and demos
Profound knowledge in computer networking protocols and tools
Experience working in Linux environment
Knowledge in scripting (python) – advantage
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Experience in working in global companies
Happy to be exposed to and work with new technologies
Good communication and collaboration skills.
