תחליף לWD הכנה ביתית

לפני לא מעט זמן מישהו פירסם פה איזה מאמר מחול שהשווה בין שלל החומרים הקיימים בשוק דוגמת wd40 ואחרים ומצא שדווקא זוג חומרים שעורבבו בבית השיגו את התוצאות הטובות ביותר. מישהו מכיר? זוכר באיזה חומרים מדובר?

אחרי פירוק בולמים שלא נפתחו במשך 13 שנה כולל השפרצת wd לילה לפני הייתי רוצה לנסות את השילוב... קרעתי שם את התחת על משימה שאמורה לקחת שעה ויש לי עוד כמה ברגים עקשניים שאני צריך לפתוח בקרוב

לא ראיתי את הפרסום המדובר, אבל חיפוש קצרצר ל- HOME MADE WD40 העלה את זה:

תודה. אני לא מחפש להוזיל את העסק. המאמר ההוא השווה מספרית את המומנט שהופעל על הבורג עד לפתיחתו בין מספר מוצרי מדף לאותו חומר בהכנה ביתית והתוצאות היו מפתיעות מאוד. כרגע... אני מוכן לנסות...

דווקא לא זכור לי ששמן בישול היה אחד מהם. אציטון אולי כן

איזה שמן בישול ? יש לי רק שמן זית בכבישה קרה.

מה עם נוזל בלם? או איזה 6040 ה?

נוזל בלם לא תוקף גומיות?

הבעיה שאצטון ו ATF לא מתערבבים, קשה ליצר מהם אמולסיה יציבה והאצטון מתנדף במהירות.
עובד בתנאים המתישים את המשתמש.

http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net/images/icons/icon1.gif Yep, they don't mix, you have to shake it up really well first. I think that was stated in the article, or in a followup to it. It mixes sort of like the salad dressing. I've used this. It worked for me using ATF, easily at least as well as kroil, PB, or liquid wrench, subjectively better in my estimation. The guy who wrote the original article, did some actual tests by making several steel test samples with a tight fitting pin in a hole. He rusted them with (I think) a salt spray, then applied the various mixtures to them and allowed them to sit. He then pressed the pins out with a press that could measure the force applied. Not 100% rigorously scientific really, but way better than anything else I've read on the topic. It is in the April-May 2007 Machinist Workshop. http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net/images/icons/icon1.gif I tried this, and it seemed to work pretty well, though I didn't approach it scientifically. It does require shaking. My problem was that the acetone evaporated so fast that it wasn't worth mixing much at a time. If you do make up some, you'll need to keep it in a bottle and decant it into the oil can when you need it. I find that most of the time it's not worth the bother, and get the job done with something less volatile.

סיפור קצר
חבר קנה גימני היתה לו בעיה בוואקום של הלוקרים אחד הצינורות הברזל היו סתומים זה צינור מפותל
מה שלא ניסנו לחץ אויר.. ספריי WD40... חותר... וכו'.. כלום לא עזר
אחרי חצי שעה בערך של ניסויים
לקחנו טיפה קולה במזרק והכנסנו לתוך הצינור עם הלחץ של המזרק
והופפפפ אחרי 5-10 דקות השתחררה הסתימה
כמובן שהכל היה סתום בחלודה
