Fresh bondo (as filler sold under the Bondo name) will be pink when fresh
When its old it will turn light blue and the resins will seperate and float on top
If it turned blue it wont cure properly
When you open the can what do you see?
Joe

Thats the resin, it seperated from the inert material(plastic filler)
Mix it well and do a test run
mix with the hardner and apply a coat (to a test area, like a piece of wood, no more then 2-3mm thick)
it should cure (get hard, as in ready to sand)
in no more then 10-15 minutes, depends on outside temprature and humidity
IF it takes longer then that to cure
as in an hour later is still feels sticky to the touch
dont use it on a car
its still might be usable if you want to experiment with it
as in mixing it with fiberglass resin
But thats a story for another day.
