    כלומר החלפת 2 הסרנים + הטרנספר (אני מניח שניתן לוותר על החלפת הטרנספר אם מבצעים

    Cheers for that... I have found the info out now about the ratios, mine is model NG L144GW with an axle ratio of 4.625:1 so I would need one from a V6 Mk2 and then modify that.... oh well think I will leave it for now.....

    has anyone fitted the arb rd110 front diff locker to there vehical??

    i dont have a pajero i have an L200 close relation to the paj and i could do with ur guys help,

    the L200 has a 4.875 ratio front diff at 7.25" diff, 25 spline which the arb rd110 wont fit

    but some of ur paj/shoguns have a 4.875 8"diff 28 spline front diff if im right??am im? think the V6's or maybe 2.8's? have

    SO im looking to get a pajero front diff to fit the RD110 in as it looks to me by looking at front axle of paj's that the front diff would fit in place of my 7.25" diff,the front axles look to be exactly same setup.

    so really i need to know does the paj have a 8" 28 spline 4.875 front diff? and what models are they in?


    This is the email we had back from arb

    I have discussed this with the Air Locker engineers and they have made the following suggestions to ensure that your customer can install an RD110 differential into their L200 which currently has the 7.25” diff (with 25 axle splines). Please see their comments below to ensure the correct axle assembly is purchased and installed:



    Swapping from the smaller 7.25" 25 spline diff to the larger 8" 28 spline diff is very easy. Both housings are very similar in size, with the 8" diff having a longer pinion. The 8" mounts off the same bolt holes in the chassis. The front drive shaft needs to be modified to suit.



    They will need to get the housing with all mounts, and the halfshafts/cv's from a donor vehicle. The existing brakes will mate up with the new cv's. Also they need to make sure that they are getting the correct ring & pinion ratio.



    As to what model vehicle to get an 8" diff assembly out of, I would suggest getting an assembly out of an L200, as this should be the easiest to fit. Mitsubishi did some strange things with the diffs in the front of the Tritons/L200's, the Australian MJ model Triton (1990 to 1996) had the larger 8" diff in the front of the 3.0l V6 models (however I am not sure about the diesels). The Australian MK model (1997 to 2005) had the smaller 7.25" diff in the 2.8l diesel models up to about 2001, after then they came with the larger 8" diff. I am not sure which diff was in the V6 models. All ML (2005 on) Tritons in Australia have the 8" diff. We have not been informed either way as to the diffs in the European 2.5l diesel in the current model
