this is the problem I had two weeks ago on a trip near Yam-Hamelach, and need to come to your workshop to test the ECU log file, I suspect the sensors got some temp physical TRAUMA, due of a hard terrain, causing it to go into temp "transport mode". this guy had the same phenomena.

Hello Gershon, always glad to meet you. as my assumption was true, car was in "Transport Mode"
I tend to believe this was due of hitting a bump on a trip, since the vehicle air springs went down almost imminently staying 1 inch above the bump-stops.
Before entering "transport mode" , the only thing was hitting this bump, I assume it happens due of something unknown with the height sensors.
I'll address the company with a firmware update for the ECU.
