CivicNos, sorry buddy, these are all solutions that we use in race cars, where cooling is one of the most important things there are.
Ready made liquid is a 50 / 50 mix of water and coolant, which is mostly Glycol.
Glycol is important for the cooling system because it provides lubrication to the all the rubber parts as well as the pump, but in reality your car is losing some of it's cooing capacity because Glycol doesn't cool as well as plain water.
What you can do to improve the cooling capacity of your car is to bring the ratio to 75% water and 25% coolant (ready made coolant), which brings the actual ratio of the water / coolant to to 87.5% water and 12.5% Glycol, it is safe for your motor, for the pump, for all the rubber parts and your car will run much cooler.
To further enhance the cooling abilities of your motor, you can add coolant additives, I'm not sure what products are on sale in israel or not, popular products here in the US are RedLine water wetter and Royal Purple purple ice, these product were made to break the surface tension, and the effective parts of them are pretty much the same as in dish washing soap, than the soap is diluted with water and sold to you in a nice bottle.... you can go ahead and buy those or add 2-3 drops of dish washing soap to your radiator and get the same exact thing.
All advices are tried and true in my own race car, I run the same exact mixture that I'm talking about for the past 100k KM, and have an actual water temperture gauge that I added to monitor the actual temperture, in average your motor is going to run 10-15C degrees cooler with the mixture I have versus normal 50/50 mix... big difference in terms of racing.
