Musee du Louvre (Palais Royal/Musee du Louvre (M)) - Louvre Medieval :
You ask for the Louvre Medieval, I wont reveal the story but it is worth the visit. I believe it is open one evening per week as well. BTW I recommend seeing the monuments highlighted at night.
Pont Neuf - « bateaux mouches » you board the boat there to cross Paris on the Seine. A must by night.
Rue Mouffetard - Place monge (M) my high school playground.
I take you for a ride:
Start at Censier Daubenton (M), follow Daubenton street until rue Mouffetard. Take your time, plenty of interesting shops. Get some rest at Place de la Contrescarpe have a drink at Cafe Delmas or Cafe des Arts
Take Descartes street till rue de la Montagne Ste-Genevieve follow, till Place Maubert and Boulevard St-Germain. Follow Rue Lagrange and take a left on rue Galande. Plenty of restaurants, cafes,
At night at rue Galande there are some Piano Bars: "Aux Trois Mailletz" , "Le Caveau des Oubliettes". Cross rue St-Jacques, on your right admire Notre-Dame. Dont go there yet, this will get included in another itinirary.
Resume at rue St Severin, heart of the « quartier latin ». From St-Severin on your right is la « rue du chat qui peche », the most tiny street in Paris and the narrowest one. At night you should go at "Caveau de la Huchettte" . Now you are at Place St Michel.
Rue St Andre des Arts, must see, then follow rue de Buci. Take a right at rue de l'Abbaye and reach Place de Furstemberg. You are next to place St-Germain. Have a drink at Deux-Magots cafe or Cafe de Flore, look for Jean-Paul Sartre.
Cathedrale Notre Dame (church) / Ile de la cite (cite (M)) look for point O on the ground (from which all the distances from Paris are calculated). Behind Notre Dame cross the pedestrian bridge Saint Louis to get to Lile Saint Louis and taste the best ice cream on earth at Bertillon. Get lost in the surrounding streets.
Quartier du Marais (M Saint Paul) Rue des Rosiers, Rue des francs bourgeois

Also, last time I was in Paris I booked a guide (private for the afternoon for us only) apart from the weather being freezing cold, my sisters and brother loved it. We went through the history of the Latin Quarter. On the net you can look for guides. They give the day and hour where they are going to start the visit, you do not need to register, you show up if you want to and you pay on the spot. Usually you have an hour of guided tour for 12 Euro per person. You can select whatever place is of interest to you and you are completely free to decide if you want to do it or not till the last minute.
