All users need to login with their Facebook account and verify their details. We’ve implemented advanced verification measures in order to build a trusted and safe community. If you still feel cautious, you can ask the package shipper to order the item from the store directly to your home so that you receive the package from the delivery company yourself. Either way, we always recommend that you always open the package once your receive it.

3. Do I have to declare customs and taxes?
We recommend that all users declare the necessary customs and taxes when needed.

4. What kind of fee should I ask for?
This really depends on the size of the package your ordering and its value. We recommend browsing through the site and comparing other suggested fees under your item category. You can always modify this fee after you post your package.

5. How is payment made?
Package posters deposit the funds into an escrow account once they accept an air traveler's application. Payment is released only after the delivery has been made. Thus, keeping all parties in check.

6. What are Jetleap's fees?
We charge a 10% platform fee from the shipping cost and a 2% insurance rate from the value of the package. Example: If you’re paying a shipping fee of $50 for an item valued at $200 we will charge $5 (platform fee) + $4 (insurance) which is added upon payment of deposit.
